I’m back from Italy.
Well, I’ve been back for quite a while really. Got back on the 15th. Eek. Lack of posts. You (as in Grace) must be on the verge of death. How could you survive without me? (heavvy heavy sarcasm.)
Anywhoo, I’ve been trying to gather and arrange and make sense of my trip. Blog coming soon with photos and memories all in diary format.
Might as well update that I’m going to Dublin on Saturday, and hope to get some flat black ankle boots for school. Also jodhpurs. Why don’t we have Gap here? I’d love the jodhpurs featured in British Vogue. Can’t find any pictures, but basically just… jodhpurs.
Why can’t I just be happy with my hair?
After having it cut quite short numerous times, I had decided to let it grow, all long and sunkissed and natural. But my mind has conflicting ideas. It keeps telling me that I want a short, Pixie cut, reminiscent of Edie Sedgwick, or more recently, Keira Knightley’s crop. Peroxide blonde is also a wanty, but I know it won’t happen. But wasn’t Marilyn Monroe’s hair so beautiful?
Yes, I have decided to go for it.
GO FOR IT!
Anyway, I have decided to just chop it all off.
I shall post many a photo here now showing some things I want.
Tell me which you think I should get, and would suit me(not too worried about that, stupidly..!)

I have a plan.
A devious, mischievous plan.
I’m not going to tell you the ins and outs of this plan, but I will tell you the basic idea.
Wait for it…
Drumroll…
I’m setting up a fanzine!
Now, in this there will be art, music, fashion and interviews with non-famous wonderful people. Grace mentioned having it as an online thing aswell, but after thinking about it I have decided that I would prefer to keep it pen-and-paper-only. I will, however, set up a myspace site and post some of the pictures here.

I am currently listening to “Spice up Your Life”. When it was released I was only wee, and didn’t even think of ever seeing live..
NOW, though, I may be able to. Haven’t you heard? The Spice Girls are REFORMING! They released a statement on their website saying:
” Hey everybody!! We’re back!! Can you believe it!!”
Oooh I was so excited! I went to their website and-put my name down for news of tickets.
So far they have only said they will play in LA, NY, Las Vegas, Buenos Aires, London, Koln, Madrid, Cape Town, Beijing, Hong Kong and Sydney. However, They also said that they may add more dates. Dublin, anyone?
Anywhoo, if you wish to see ‘em, add yourself to the list!

I had my last exam today, Spanish!
So next year is Transition Year. I’m looking for work experience that is NOT working in Supervalu or the like. In my effort, I sent Philip Treacy, a fellow Irishperson, a letter.
I got a reply from his people yesterday! Here it is:
Thank you for the letter you sent to Philip. Unfortunately our insurance only covers having work experience over the age of 18. Please come in then, we’d love to have you!
How sucky eh? A least I tried…
Treacy famously made hats for the late Isabella Blow. Here’s a shoot of her wearing his hats:

The exams are pretty much over today. (Spanish on Tuesday doesn’t count, because I don’t actually DO Spanish..)
SO! What does that mean? A trip to Dublin, obviously! Although I have about €200 spare in the bank.. I’m planning on buying a surfboard this weekend, so that won’t be free to spend on clothes
Therefore, I have to plan in advance what to buy in Dublin. First and foremost, I need a dress. I nice, unique, summery floaty dress that not many other people will have. Something like this dress below BELOW would blow my cogs off. Also, blue dress is a want. I WANT!
So, purchasing a pretty dress is a must. I also want to go to the body shop and ask what skincare range is best for young skin. Atm I’m using Simple, but a dermatologist told mother dearest that it isn’t as pure as we all think, and recommended the body shop. Also it’s all friendly to animals and all that!
Going to the Topshop sale area is a must, obviously. Lat time I was there I got a dress for €13ish! Topshop don’t usually get that cheap!
I think J will be going as it is her bday so I want to buy her one of those adorable tarts from the French patisserie near Costume.
Now I must go and get dressed.
Goodbyes :[wooo]
ps: check out the shiny cool blog of Grace, which is full of fun and pizazz!
